Return Policy

• Returns are accepted after a verification process.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@miragestudio.in with your order number, the product details, and the reason for return.
• Our team will review your return request and, if necessary, provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
• The item must be returned in its original condition, packaging, and with all components for a return to be accepted.
• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only provided for products with manufacturing defects.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

• If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, send us an email at contact@miragestudio.in. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
